Built for Efficiency

The TrapMaster is a revolutionary new product for the fishing industry that will make your fishing operation more efficient. Invented by John Smith, a fishing boat captain in Newport Oregon. Every device is handmade with precision, care and lots of testing to ensure a quality product.

Features

  • Launch pots/traps using GPS capabilities, informing the crew (using a buzzer) of when to release pots/traps.
  • The pot/trap counter tallies the pots/traps as they are being run in a string.
  • The counter then counts each bug with an  infrared beam.
  • The average of bugs per trap are constantly calculated and displayed on 1 of the 2 monitors on TrapMaster console.
  • The TrapMaster measures Wire/Rope going off the winches in fathoms by a digital read-out located on each winch for the crew, and sends it to the main console in the wheelhouse.
